Job summary

Aviation Technology Associates (AVTECH Global) is seeking a part-time Aviation Recruiter Assistant to support recruitment activities in the United States. The role involves drafting requisitions, entering candidate data into the portal, and reaching out to candidates through various channels while building relationships throughout the staffing process.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years in HR, strong grammar/computer skills, and familiarity with applicant tracking

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years demonstrated experience preferably in an HR environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in grammar, spelling, typing, composition and math.
• Proficient in internet/computer skills.
• ATS experience preferred.

Aviation Technology Associates (AVTECH Global) is looking for a part-time Aviation Recruiter Assistant

Position Purpose:

Under close supervision, assist with the recruitment process to bring in applicants through existing and new sources in order to provide an effective pool of candidates.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

• Assists with drafting requisitions appropriately for new positions.
• Submits applicant’s information into company’s applicant portal.
• Uses various methods to contact potential candidates, as needed.
• Works toward developing and maintaining relationship with applicants through the staffing process
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As an ideal candidate to join the AVTECH team, you will meet the following:

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• 1-2 years demonstrated experience preferably in an HR environment.

Other Requirements:

• Demonstrated proficiency in grammar, spelling, typing, composition and math.
• Proficient in internet/computer skills.

Required Unique Skills:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• ATS (applicant tracking system) experience preferred.
