FTAI Aviation Ltd. in Miami, FL seeks a Records Analyst to manage engine records and ensure conformity to customer specifications. This role also organizes records, CDs, and data storage boxes to enable quick access and fast deliveries.

Key duties include reviewing incoming records for maintenance status, processing data for repair or alteration, and preparing life-limited parts traces and log reports. Strong MS Office skills and fluency in English are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with records management for engine maintenance (MRO).
• Experience performing the listed responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills with above-average attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; ability to learn other software.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage engine records to conform to customer specifications.
• Organize records, CDs and data storage boxes for quick access.
• Manage work order priorities for records completion within Production TAT requirements.
• Audit all received paperwork for complete and accurate documentation and obtain corrective action.
• Verify AD, SB and other work scope compliance on actual work performed.
• Set up life-limited parts tracking documents.
• Prepare Life Limited Parts trace for continued usage and final approval.
• Prepare Master On/Off Log reports for engine shop visits.
• Maintain files of completed work orders and inspection forms for easy review.
• Oversight responsibility for maintenance records for field maintenance interventions.
• Participate in special projects valuable to the Department and Company
