Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) in Florida is seeking a Ramp Agent to support on-time flight operations by performing ground handling tasks outdoors in a safety-focused aviation environment. You will guide aircraft to gates, load/unload baggage, operate belt loaders and tugs, and perform paperwork while adhering to safety procedures.

Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected. Applicants should be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• US work authorization for work location in the United States.
• Ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
• Preferred: 1+ year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Load/unload, sort, and transfer baggage, cargo, and mail safely.
• Safeguard baggage, air cargo, and materials from weather, loss, theft, or damage.
• Clean aircraft cabins between flights and stock supplies.
• Operate heavy equipment and belt loaders with guidance from Wing Walkers.
• Move luggage and cargo using equipment and tow planes as needed.
• Complete paperwork and enter data into company systems.
• Be on time, prepared, and safety‑mocused; work flexible hours including nights/weekends/holidays.
