Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Ramp Agent in Orlando, FL to provide efficient ground support and help flights stay on schedule. You will guide aircraft, handle baggage and cargo, operate equipment, and ensure safety and compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete ramp and SIDA training; ability to obtain security clearance.
• Preferred: 1+ year of relevant ramp/ground handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct inbound/outbound aircraft to gates and guide parking.
• Load/unload baggage and cargo safely; handle carts and totes.
• Operate ground support equipment and coordinate with wing walkers.
• Maintain safety, security, and compliance per procedures.
• Complete paperwork and data entry for shipments and procedures.
• Be punctual, prepared, and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
