Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Ramp Agent in Tampa, FL to support outdoor, fast-paced aviation operations. You will guide aircraft to gates, move baggage and cargo, and operate heavy equipment while upholding high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Good communication with flight crew, gate agents and ground crew.
• Basic math for weight and balance calculations.
• Use of computer systems to track cargo and baggage.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues during loading and unloading.
• Strong time management to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Transport and handle baggage, cargo and mail safely.
• Protect baggage and cargo from weather, loss or damage.
• Clean aircraft cabins and stock supplies between flights.
• Operate and coordinate with heavy equipment and tugs for safety.
• Move luggage and cargo, tow planes between gates, refill water tanks and lavatories.
• Record customer baggage and cargo, and prepare related paperwork.
• Follow safety procedures and complete required training.
• Be punctual, prepared and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
