Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Ramp Agent to support on-time flight operations in a safety-first outdoor aviation setting. You will guide aircraft to gates, move and handle baggage, and assist with cargo and aircraft servicing while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires strong communication, physical stamina, and a commitment to working varied shifts including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with flight crew and ground staff.
• Basic math for weight/balance calculations.
• Proficient computer skills to track cargo and baggage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Transport, load/unload baggage and cargo safely.
• Safeguard baggage, air cargo, and mail from damage or theft.
• Clean aircraft cabins between flights and stock supplies.
• Operate pushback and lifting equipment with safety.
• Move luggage and cargo between gates and aircraft.
• Complete paperwork and enter data into the company system.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
