Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Ramp Agent to support ground handling operations at the airport. The role involves guiding aircraft to gates, moving baggage and cargo, and maintaining safety and efficiency on the ramp.

Responsibilities include operating ground support equipment, loading/unloading, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Candidates should be able to work outdoors, in varying weather, and be flexible with shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ramp agents must be able to lift 70 pounds (32 kg) regularly.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in variable weather and busy airport environments.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Move baggage, cargo, and mail using equipment and by hand as needed.
• Protect baggage, cargo, and mail from damage, weather, loss and theft.
• Prepare aircraft cabins between flights and stock supplies.
• Operate and coordinate ground support equipment and pushback tugs.
• Document and record cargo and baggage movements in the company system.
• Complete paperwork and forms related to work assignments and procedures.
