Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Ramp Agent to join our safety-conscious aviation ground services team. This outdoor role supports on-time flights by guiding aircraft, loading baggage, operating equipment, and adhering to procedures.

You will work with a large, diverse team at busy airports, lift heavy items, and follow training and security rules. The position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Understand and follow safety procedures and security rules.
• Ability to operate ground support equipment and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Load/unload baggage, cargo, and mail safely.
• Safeguard baggage and cargo from weather, loss or damage.
• Clean aircraft cabins between flights and stock supplies.
• Operate heavy equipment and drive motorized equipment.
• Record cargo and baggage in the company system.
• Complete paperwork and adhere to procedures.
• Be flexible with hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
