Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is hiring a Ramp Agent in California to support flight operations outdoors in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment. You will guide aircraft, load baggage, and perform ground handling duties.

This role requires physical stamina, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and compliance with safety protocols. AGI offers training, uniforms, benefits, and travel discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ramp and SIDA training required to obtain airport ID.
• Ability to obtain required security clearances if needed.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to the gate.
• Transport, load/unload, and sort baggage, cargo, and mail safely.
• Safeguard belongings from weather, loss, theft, and damage.
• Clean cabins between flights and stock supplies.
• Operate heavy equipment and coordinate with Wing Walkers for safety.
• Complete paperwork and enter data into company systems.
• Be on time, prepared, and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
