This role leads project objectives, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication to ensure high-quality outcomes on air side or landside projects.

Compensation is $160,000.00 - $183,000.00, commensurate with experience, with a good faith range noted and flexibility based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering or a related field.
• Professional Architecture or Engineering License and the ability to get registered in the states where clients are served within 3 months of employment.
• 15+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages project(s) in accordance with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborates with disciplines and subconsultants to develop a risk-adverse project scope and fee.
• Develop project specific project plans, PM plans and quality management plan.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Manage subconsultants.
• Monitor and execute project progress and mitigate risks.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports and review invoices.
• Lead and present project status to clients and leadership.
• Support marketing with proposals and interviews.
• Coordinate technical resources to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and performance coaching to the project team.
