Job summary

TYLin seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the Aviation team in the northeast, guiding complex airport and transportation capital programs from planning through construction and closeout. The role targets an owner’s representative or program professional who excels at stakeholder environments and delivering large-scale infrastructure.

You will build strong client relationships, mentor staff, and drive projects to meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Approximately 10+ years of progressively responsible experience managing large capital infrastructure projects.
• PM certification (PMP) or ability to obtain; strong procurement and contract administration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of complex aviation infrastructure projects across all phases.
• Serve as liaison between clients, designers, contractors, regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks and overall project performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee procurement activities, consultant and contractor management, and contracts.
• Review change orders, cost estimates, and project forecasts; monitor quality and safety.
