Job summary

TYLin is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Aviation (Airside Development) to lead planning, design, and delivery of complex airside infrastructure at major airports in the United States and internationally.

The successful candidate will oversee multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with airport owners, airlines, and regulators to ensure safe, efficient operations while maintaining constructability and program objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Airport Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Planning or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience managing aviation infrastructure projects, including airside developments.
Experience delivering projects at major commercial airports in the U.S. or internationally.
Strong knowledge of FAA airport design standards, ACs, airfield geometry, and operational requirements.
Experience leading multidisciplinary design and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, design, and delivery of major airside infrastructure projects.
Manage multidisciplinary project teams including civil, electrical, architectural, and environmental specialists.
Serve as primary contact with airport owners, regulators, airlines, and consultants.
Develop execution plans, schedules, budgets, staffing, and risk mitigation.
Coordinate design, permitting, procurement, construction support, and closeout.
