Job summary

Parker Aerospace in Ogden, Utah, is seeking a Production Manager for the 2nd shift to lead a team in a CFR Part 145 repair environment, focusing on quality, cost, delivery, morale, and safety. The role supervises direct reports and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

You will develop standard work, analyze capacity, manage staffing, and uphold safety policies to meet customer requirements while maintaining a compliant, high-performing production area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or engineering with 5-7 years manufacturing experience.
• Experience in CFR Title 14 Part 145 certified Repair Station preferred.
• Experience supervising teams and leading multi-disciplinary groups.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct work activity of Leads in a Title 14 Part 145 repair station.
• Monitor costs and ensure on-time delivery with capacity analysis and staffing.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and conduct safety audits.
• Ensure quality standards and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Develop standardized work instructions and ensure process stability.
• Counsel employees and administer corrective actions.
