Job summary

Parker Aerospace, part of Parker Hannifin Corporation, seeks a Scheduler for the Aerospace Aftermarket on the 2nd shift in Ogden, Utah. The role coordinates movement and processing of parts to meet customer delivery schedules and maintain WIP accuracy.

You will update systems, stage work, communicate with support groups, and resolve scheduling conflicts to keep production flowing and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Seeking candidates pursuing college degree.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Demonstrated ability to perform dispatching or production planning in a computerized manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely movement and processing of parts to meet delivery schedules.
• Update production and inventory systems with accurate information.
• Stage and coordinate work to meet schedules and use resources effectively.
• Communicate with support groups to initiate corrective actions for work orders on hold.
• Split work orders and coordinate with inspection and other groups.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts between shop and business teams.
• Maintain WIP data accuracy by addressing discrepancies in paperwork or systems.
• Monitor material flow through manufacturing and report discrepancies.
• Develop daily and short-range capacity plans and build plans.
• Address capacity conflicts through staffing, overtime, and re-routing decisions.
