Job summary

Parker Aerospace, a division of Parker Hannifin Corporation, seeks a Production Manager for the 2nd shift in Ogden, UT. You will lead a Title 14, Part 145 repair station, directing leads and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include capacity planning, cost control, and continuous improvement, with direct reports and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer requirements and company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required, preferably in business or engineering; 5-7 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2 years or more of experience working in a CFR Title 14 Part 145 certified Repair Station preferred
• Previous supervisory experience
• Ability to work on and solve a variety of problems and diverse scope and complexity across multiple teams.
• Must have demonstrated leadership abilities to effectively work with people in a team environment and at various levels.
• Must possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct work activity of Leads in a Title 14, Part 145 regulated Repair Station. Distribute workload appropriately and develop team members.
• Monitor production costs and ensure delivery performance by planning capacity and staffing; troubleshoot scheduling and material issues.
• Promote and enforce safety policy compliance; conduct safety investigations and audits; address non-compliance.
• Ensure quality standards and continuous improvement to reduce rework and scrap; maintain relationships with customers.
• Develop and deploy standardized work instructions; ensure process stability through standardized work.
