Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily production performance data, WIP control, and cross‑functional coordination across planning, maintenance, and quality teams. You will drive Lean initiatives and KPI delivery in a fast‑paced aerospace environment.

The role requires FAA repairman eligibility, strong Excel and ERP skills, and a proven ability to coach teams, optimize resources, and deliver results while upholding Chromalloy's values and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in operations, manufacturing, or repair environments.
• Experience with repair stations and new manufacturing processes.
• A&P license or equivalent repairman qualification under 14 CFR Part 65.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement methods.
• Ability to manage KPI delivery and production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Measure and report daily, weekly production performances data.
• WIP management and collaboration with planning to drive monthly plans.
• Communicate across teams using production boards and metrics.
• Maintain stock levels and address shortages or out-of-stock items.
• Lead cross-shift communications and ensure equipment status visibility.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and coach production team, conduct performance reviews.
