Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams in San Antonio, TX, with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people performance. You will drive daily production activities, coach staff, and ensure efficient operations on a fast-paced shop floor.

This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination with Production Control, Quality, Engineering, and Planning to meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership/supervisory exposure.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; self-motivated and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity goals.
• Assign, prioritize, and execute daily and weekly production schedules.
• Coordinate with Production Control, Quality, Engineering, Planning, and other departments to meet customer commitments.
• Ensure materials, supplies, equipment, and staffing are available to support production plans.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, routing instructions, and job orders for employees.
• Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and workplace organization standards; drive Lean initiatives.
• Train, coach, and develop employees to build capability and performance.
• Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on employee relations and talent development.
• Monitor production metrics and communicate performance results to leadership.
