Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing production teams and manage daily operations across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people performance. This role provides leadership, direction, and coaching to ensure production goals are met while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, customer service, operational excellence, and employee development.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or technical certification preferred.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical specs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with production planning and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Coach and develop production employees and team leads.
• Plan and prioritize work in a low-volume, high-mix environment.
• Manage staffing, labor utilization, overtime, and cross-training.
• Provide technical support for machining operations and process troubleshooting.
• Partner with Engineering, Planning, Quality, and Maintenance to meet commitments.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
