Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to support the manufacturing and repair of aerospace components in a fast-paced environment. You will perform production, cleaning, assembly, and processing tasks following standard work instructions and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and safety awareness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train and perform production operations across multiple manufacturing areas.
• Use hand tools, power tools, machinery, and shop equipment to prepare, clean, process, repair, and assemble aerospace components.
• Follow work instructions and procedures to cut, shape, bond, form, inject, cure, trim, drill, and repair components.
• Perform chemical cleaning and surface preparation processes.
• Conduct hand cleaning operations including acid etch, sanding, blending, and deburring.
• Use measuring and inspection tools to verify quality requirements.
• Inspect and certify your own work in accordance with standards.
