Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing production teams in Windsor, CT. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and coach a diverse workforce to achieve performance goals.

The role requires strong knowledge of machining, reading blueprints, and Lean/continuous improvement, with 5+ years in manufacturing and 3+ years in leadership. On-site, daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading teams in a production environment and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
• Coach and develop production employees and team leads.
• Plan and prioritize work in a low-volume, high-mix setting.
• Manage staffing, labor, overtime, and cross-training.
• Provide technical support for machining, inspection, and processes.
• Partner with Engineering, Planning, Quality, and Maintenance to meet commitments.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
