Job summary

Garmin International is seeking a full-time Aviation Product Support Specialist 1 to provide basic product support for Garmin aviation products from Garmin's U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area.

You will handle customer inquiries, support technical and sales needs, and develop knowledge of the full range of Garmin aviation products within various airspace systems worldwide. A strong emphasis on professional communication and problem solving will be essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 40 hours of flight time and 10 hours of solo flight are preferred.
• 10 hours of ground instruction and passed FAA Private Pilot exam are expected.
• Demonstrated interest in Aviation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to help others.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic product support for Garmin aviation products via multiple channels.
• Assist with technical inquiries and sales support for Garmin aviation products.
• Document and report product issues and trends observed in the field.
• Develop working knowledge of Garmin aviation product specifications and operation.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and Garmin information as required.
