Swissport International is seeking a Planning Manager for the IAD Base, overseeing SPX and SPI operations with full OCC oversight. The role requires directing scheduling, attendance reliability, and day-to-day base operations under the Station Director.

The position offers a competitive pay rate of $70,000-$75,000 per year plus comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, and time off, with flexible availability to support over 20 airline partners around the clock.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing ramp teams and operations.
• Familiarity with RealTime, Arrows, and Dayforce tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Planning Manager for the IAD Base covering SPX and SPI operations.
• Manage scheduling and attendance reliability across operational teams.
• Oversee pre-planning activities and labor cost management.
• Ensure SOPs and policies are followed; report to the Station Director.
