Job summary

The Inland Group of Companies is seeking an Operations Manager for the Dulles area (IAD) to oversee station operations, lead hiring and training, and drive quality assurance programs at the assigned airport station.

You will manage daily operations, develop process improvements, handle budgeting and safety initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with airline partners and the Airport Authority. Travel to nearby sites may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field required.
• 5 years of operations management experience.
• Background and clearance requirements completed.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
• FAA/TSA, Hazmat, SIDA certifications may apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at assigned station and lead hiring/training.
• Perform station audits; respond to airline and FAA inquiries as required.
• Develop relationships with Airport Authority and customers.
• Ensure safety, budget adherence, and process improvements.
