Swissport is seeking a Planning Manager for the IAD Base (SPX and SPI) to oversee scheduling, attendance reliability, and daily operations, including the OCC. Reporting to the Station Director, you will manage labor costs, pre-planning, and resources while ensuring SOP compliance.

The role offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k), and vacation options, with a base pay of $70,000–$75,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a leader on the ramp with a good understanding of ramp operations.
• Familiarity with RealTime, Arrows, and Dayforce tools to perform the job efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Act as Planning Manager for the whole IAD Base, covering SPX and SPI operations.
• Manage scheduling and attendance reliability across all operational teams.
• Provide full oversight of the Operations Control Centre (OCC) and base day-to-day operations.
• Monitor KPIs, records, and control policies across SPX and SPI.
• Ensure safety, security, and resource planning for the base.
