Swissport International seeks a Planning Manager for the IAD Base to oversee scheduling, attendance reliability, and daily operations across SPX and SPI. You will supervise the OCC and report to the Station Director, ensuring efficient labor use and strong KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ramp operations.
• Familiar with RealTime, Arrows and Dayforce tools to perform the job efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and attendance for the IAD Base across SPX and SPI.
• Provide day‑to‑day operations oversight through OCC coordination.
• Monitor and control labor costs and base resources.
• Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed by all staff.
• Support budgeting and resource planning for upcoming periods.
