Job summary

HHS Aviation is seeking a friendly, compassionate leader to oversee passenger services station operations. You will lead the team, serve as the primary customer service liaison, and identify new business opportunities to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Extensive airport operational experience and knowledge of budgetary and financial responsibilities.
• Knowledge of FAA and OSHA regulations.
• Experience negotiating contracts.
• Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering platforms.
• Willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective passenger services solutions to our customers.
• Develop and analyze employee and equipment schedules to use resources efficiently while meeting all work requirements.
• Address and resolve customer service issues in a timely manner with professionalism.
• Review new airline and vendor contracts and provide feedback.
• Meet with customers regularly to receive feedback and monitor satisfaction levels.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage safety and security procedures to comply with operating standards.
• Create a positive and inclusive work environment to lead and motivate team members.
• Monitor and/or conduct required training of team members.
