HHS Aviation is seeking a friendly, compassionate leader to join our aviation services team at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. You will oversee aircraft appearance operations, including safety, servicing, and cleaning, while effectively managing a diverse team.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license with clear MVR and relocation openness.

Responsabilités

• Oversee aircraft appearance operations, including safety, servicing and cleaning.
• Lead, motivate, and manage team to meet SLAs with customers.
• Resolve customer issues with tact and diplomacy.
• Ensure safety and security processes per HHS standards.
• Recruit and develop team members and provide coaching as needed.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions when required.
