Job summary

Swissport is seeking an OCC Specialist to manage flight service data, manpower planning, and internal/external communications. You will coordinate with airline customers, airport authorities and planning teams to ensure KPI targets are met.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of operational experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong planning and communication skills.
• Experience managing a labor‑intensive workforce.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily KPI reports and conduct daily briefings with station management.
• Provide accurate and timely updates on flight information in systems for billing and tracking.
• Handle all operational messages regarding flight times and services from customers.
• Be the first point of contact for all Customer Airlines and department reps.
• Monitor and allocate resources to meet KPIs and operational needs.
• Communicate changes to schedules and inform relevant teams in a timely manner.
• Navigate multiple applications to capture service data and resources.
