  • Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies; stay updated on changes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance network performance and reduce costs.
  • Customer Focus: Work with customer service to address concerns and improve service quality.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Network Management:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for network operations to optimize routes, schedules, and capacity utilization
Operational Oversight:
  • Oversee day-to-day network operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and reliable transportation of goods and passengers
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage a team of network controllers and planners, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities
Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to network operations, such as on-time performance, capacity utilization, and cost efficiency
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Data Analysis:
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for network optimization
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning
Coordination:
  • Collaborate with other departments, including logistics, operations, customer service, and external partners, to ensure cohesive network operations and resolve any issues that arise
Compliance:
  • Ensure all network operations comply with aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance
Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network performance, reduce costs, and improve service quality
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions
Customer Focus:
  • Work closely with the customer service team to address customer concerns related to network operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Reporting:
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on network performance, strategic initiatives, and operational challenges to senior management
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in network operations, logistics, or a related field, with significant experience in the aviation industry.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts within a 24 hour operation.
  • Travel >15%
