Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Service Manager who leads senior commercial and customer-facing activities for the designated Performance Center(s). You will drive revenue, manage customer relationships, and own the front-end scheduling, quoting, and work scope management to ensure customer satisfaction through the maintenance lifecycle.

You will partner with the Operations Manager to balance demand and capacity, drive on-time delivery, monitor profitability, and act as the primary customer advocate

Qualifications

• 8+ years in MRO service management, aviation sales, or program management.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, revenue, and customer relationships in regulated aviation.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance, quoting, and work scope management.
• Experience partnering with technical operations leadership.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead service sales activities: quoting, estimating, and closing maintenance work.
• Own master schedule and align demand with capacity.
• Manage change orders, AOG priorities, and on-time delivery.
• Serve as primary customer advocate and ensure transparency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Parts, and Admin.
