Job summary

The Fordy Group is seeking a Sales Manager for an established aviation MRO partner in Arizona to drive growth in engine maintenance. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building strong relationships with airlines and industry partners.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in aviation/MRO sales, deep knowledge of turbine engines and a proven ability to close business. Travel about 60% is expected, with opportunities to shape strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial aviation or MRO sales experience.
• Experience in an MRO, airline, leasing company or related aviation organisation.
• Strong understanding of commercial aircraft and turbine engines.
• Experience selling MRO, maintenance, repair, overhaul or aviation technical services.
• Proven ability to develop and close new business.
• Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Existing aviation industry contacts would be highly advantageous.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60%.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new commercial engine MRO business
• Develop opportunities across CFM56 and turbine engine platforms
• Build relationships with airlines, operators, lessors, asset managers, OEMs and industry partners
• Maintain a strong forward pipeline of engine shop work
• Prepare quotations, proposals and maintenance schedules
• Manage commercial negotiations and contract discussions
• Grow existing accounts and identify additional revenue opportunities
• Maintain CRM, pipeline and sales forecasting activity
• Provide market intelligence and revenue projections to senior leadership
• Attend customer meetings, trade shows and aviation industry events
