Job summary

Jet Aviation in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Regional MRO Sales Manager to drive sales of maintenance, refurbishment, avionics, paint, and engine services across MRO locations, with a focus on Van Nuys. You will grow the book of business, build key relationships, and close airframe, engine, and upgrade projects.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in an MRO sales role, an A&P or FCC license, and strong CRM/Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years hands‑on maintenance or avionics experience required.
• A&P or FCC license required; 5+ years in an MRO sales role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell all services offered at the Company’s MRO service centers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the Southwest region.
• Create and execute a quarterly contact plan for each customer.
• Negotiate sales agreements to maximize company profitability.
• Coordinate with RFQ teams to ensure accurate, timely data submission.
• Travel as required to meet essential duties of the job.
