Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must pass pre-employment drug tests and background check.
• Must meet necessary requirements to obtain a security badge.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to push passengers in wheelchairs.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers requiring wheelchair or mobility assistance throughout the airport.
• Transport passengers safely between locations such as ticket counters, security checkpoints, gates, baggage claim, and connecting flights.
• Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning aircraft when required.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication to passengers and families.
• Coordinate with gate agents, airline staff, and airport personnel to ensure timely passenger assistance.
• Follow all safety procedures, airline policies, and TSA regulations.
• Report operational concerns, passenger incidents, or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
• Perform other duties as requested.
