Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously; lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to obtain security badge and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers requiring wheelchair or mobility assistance throughout the airport.
• Transport passengers safely between key airport points such as ticket counters, security checkpoints, gates, baggage claim and connecting flights.
• Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning aircraft when required.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication to passengers and families.
• Follow all airport safety procedures, airline policies, and TSA regulations.
