Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Wheelchair Agent to assist passengers with mobility needs across the airport, providing wheelchair transportation and friendly service from check-in to baggage claim.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are at least 18, and can work nights, weekends, and overtime while maintaining safety and compliance with TSA and airline policies. This role requires physical stamina and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Must pass pre-employment drug tests and a background check.
• Must have reading/writing proficiency in English.
• Must meet requirements to obtain an airport security badge.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with mobility needs throughout the airport.
• Transport passengers safely between terminals, gates, baggage claim, and connections.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication to passengers and families.
• Assist with boarding and deplaning activities when required.
• Follow TSA regulations and airport safety procedures; report issues to supervisors.
