Job summary

TransMedics, Inc. seeks a qualified aircraft mechanic to maintain a fleet of Embraer Phenom 300 aircraft and serve as both technician and RII inspector in paired groups.

The role requires performing scheduled inspections, troubleshooting airframe and engine systems, and completing service bulletins while adhering to FAA regulations and safety standards. Travel may be required to address AOG aircraft.

Qualifications

• Must hold FAA A&P license and be able to perform maintenance per FAA regulations.
• 3+ years' experience as a mechanic on corporate aircraft.
• Prior troubleshooting experience on corporate aircraft.
• Able to work in paired groups as technician and inspector.
• Must have own set of tools for aircraft support.
• Willingness to travel to different locations to address AOG aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Troubleshoot airframe and engine systems to diagnose issues.
• Complete airframe and engine service bulletins.
• Perform repairs and maintenance per manufacturer instructions and FAA regulations.
• Inspect and be inspected in paired roles to ensure safety.
• Inventory parts and maintain detailed records of maintenance.
• Collaborate with other mechanics and engineers to ensure safe operation.
