Job summary

TransMedics, Inc. is seeking a Phenom 300 Second-In-Command (SIC) to assist the Captain in safe aircraft operation. You will ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company manuals, maintain records, and coordinate with maintenance to assure airworthiness.

Ideal candidates have ATP, AMEL with IR, 1500 flight hours, a current medical, and a clean record. A strong emphasis on confidentiality and efficient scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• 1500 hours total flight time.
• Knowledge of FAR Part 135 and Part 91 regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and aviation software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Captain in safe operation of the aircraft.
• Maintain aircraft records and compliance with manuals.
• Coordinate with maintenance for airworthiness.
• Balance flight operations with scheduling and crew legality.
