Job summary

TransMedics, Inc. seeks a Phenom 300 SIC to support safe aircraft operations and regulatory compliance on the East Coast. The role reports to the Captain during flight and to the Chief Pilot for other matters. Flight time, aircraft records, and maintenance coordination are key responsibilities.

The candidate must hold an ATP and Commercial AMEL with Instrument Rating, pass background checks, and maintain a valid passport. Strong communication skills and computer proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Total flight time of 1,500 hours.
• Valid & Unrestricted Passport.
• Ability to pass comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct aircraft operations per the General Operations Manual and Company Manuals.
• Ensure all flight, aircraft and passenger records are completed neatly and timely.
• Assist the Captain in duties and maintain flight safety standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance and Operations Control Center as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality on sensitive client operation information.
