Job summary

TransMedics is seeking a qualified aircraft mechanic to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our fleet of Embraer Phenom 300 aircraft. This individual will work in paired groups in a dual role as a technician and an RII inspector, inspecting the colleagues' work to ensure compliance and safety.

You will perform maintenance and inspections, troubleshoot systems, and collaborate with other mechanics and engineers to keep aircraft operating safely and reliably.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant license.
• 3+ years' experience as a mechanic on corporate aircraft.
• Ability to work in paired groups and as inspector and technician.
• Must have own tool set for aircraft support.
• Willingness to travel to address AOG on different locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled inspections and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot airframe and engine systems.
• Complete airframe and engine service bulletins.
• Complete tasks within posted flat rate times.
• Perform repairs, inspections, and maintenance per FAA regulations.
