STS Aviation Services is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Production Supervisor to lead a maintenance crew in Melbourne, Florida. You will ensure tasks meet FAA regulations, customer requirements, and internal quality standards while applying hands-on leadership and strong organizational skills.

The role requires direct supervision of maintenance personnel, task assignment, and careful monitoring of shift schedules.

• Direct supervision of maintenance personnel and tasks.
• Ensure maintenance work and documentation meet FAA regulations and customer programs.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress and manage shift schedules.
• Evaluate labor and material costs for maintenance projects.
• Coordinate with other departments to align maintenance flow.
• Identify training needs, tooling requirements and equipment needs.
• Co-sign for maintenance by uncertificated personnel when required.
• Ensure proper execution and documentation of all work performed.
• Supervise unfamiliar personnel in proper methods and tools.
• Maintain daily turnover reports for shift-to-shift continuity.
• Maintain a clean, organized hangar and work environment.
