Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Administrative Clerk in Milton, FL to perform administrative and clerical duties in the intermediate maintenance department, process and maintain aircraft maintenance records, and provide guidance on maintenance documentation using NALCOMIS OOMA/IMA.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, two years of aviation clerical experience, basic knowledge of aircraft maintenance programs, and a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of aircraft maintenance programs and systems; ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• NALCOMIS OOMA experience desired but not required.
• Two years of aviation clerical experience.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; valid U.S. driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and induct repairable components into the repair cycle.
• Complete maintenance forms and screen for accuracy.
• Order and receive parts for maintenance work centers.
• Maintain work center roster and tool inventory; establish JCN logs.
• Perform data entry and generate reports for division personnel.
• Follow FOD, hazardous waste and tool control programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
