Job summary

Cirrus Aircraft Ltd. is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the primary interface between customers and our factory service center, coordinating aircraft maintenance scheduling and communication through the process.

You will build work packages, including labor and parts, communicate timelines, and provide detailed schedule options with lead times to help customers decide on services and estimated costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level aviation/manufacturing knowledge or related field; strong customer service skills.
• Experience in aviation maintenance or scheduling; understanding of aviation systems, inspection programs, FARs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work with internal databases/systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers for scheduling aircraft into the service center.
• Coordinate with parts to pre-order parts and service bulletin kits.
• Seek warranty or customer approvals prior to work.
• Maintain and communicate maintenance schedule with owners and teams.
• Generate cost estimates and invoices, including optional service bulletins.
• Familiarize with Cirrus reference system for labor hours and parts costs.
