Top Aces Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to support aircraft maintenance operations by coordinating activities, managing records, and ensuring accurate configuration data. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory requirements and fleet readiness.

The ideal candidate will have FAA maintenance knowledge, data reporting experience, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with attention to detail. Occasional travel and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FAA regulations and military maintenance reporting procedures.
• Experience with aircraft maintenance operations and schedules.
• Experience with data reporting and documentation in RAMCO or similar systems.

Responsabilités

• Monitor aircraft data for accuracy and airworthiness.
• Prepare reports using maintenance data to support decisions.
• Serve as RAMCO system lead, ensuring data integrity and proper usage.
• Maintain aircraft and component records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Logistics for scheduling and parts availability.
• Track modifications and maintenance status for fleet-wide updates.
• Create work packages for heavy maintenance and update planning trackers.
• Report aircraft status to leadership for timely maintenance completion.
• Manage controlled documentation library and TOs as needed.
• Support TAC document controls and component documentation.
• Review compliance orders and escalate issues when needed.
• Initiate LLP/TBO extensions per Aircraft Inspection Program.
• Create and manage work orders for timely closeout and documentation.
