Job summary

Cirrus Aircraft in Tennessee is seeking a Flight Logistics Intern to help create and maintain the flight operations schedule for training, corporate flights, and events. You will coordinate with Flight Operations and executive teams to ensure timely planning and efficient resource use.

You will maintain records, ensure compliance with FAA/EASA requirements and Cirrus policies, and support scheduling software audits while developing professional experience in flight logistics and operations.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Junior or Senior in good academic standing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, coordinate, and maintain the flight operations schedule for training, corporate flights, and events.
• Maintain records and audit scheduling software for accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as a primary contact for scheduling and dispatching across Cirrus Flight Operations and executives.
• Coordinate with Flight Training Account Management, Flight Operations, and Delivery Experience to adjust schedules as needed.
• Coordinate with Fleet Managers and Maintenance to facilitate aircraft movement and maintenance windows.
• Receive, coordinate, and schedule corporate flight requests to support Sales, Marketing, and Executive travel.
