Job summary

Pentastar Aviation, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Sales Representative to meet or exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. The role involves partnering with a high‑performance management team for strategic business development, traveling to build relationships, and maintaining a comprehensive client database.

Qualifications

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Five years’ experience in corporate avionics and maintenance sales.
High computer literacy and ability to use industry software/tools.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales goals based on individual and team objectives.
Travel at least 25% per year to build and maintain relationships; majority at Waterford, MI HQ.
Promote Pentastar Aviation’s avionics, maintenance and interior services and advise on maintenance practices.
Maintain client/prospect databases with accurate contact and aircraft information.
Attend industry trade shows to promote services and maintain industry presence.
Attend technical and professional development trainings to enhance sales abilities.
