FlightSafety International is seeking a Maintenance Product Sales Manager to drive growth in Maintenance and Cabin Safety revenues across domestic and international markets. You will partner with Sales, Maintenance & Cabin Operations, Customer Support, and OEM partnerships to identify opportunities and deliver training solutions aligned with customer needs.

The role requires 5+ years in sales or aviation-related roles, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel up to 50% monthly.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent commercial/aviation sales experience.
• 5+ years in sales or aviation-related roles.
• Fluent in English with strong communication.

Aufgaben

• Generate new business opportunities via prospecting and market research.
• Manage selected agreements through the sales cycle.
• Travel to Learning Centers for training.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline reporting.
• Identify customer requirements and propose training solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and operations leadership on initiatives.
• Represent the organization in customer meetings.
