Job summary

Trace Aviation is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to provide technical and sales support to the customer base and to act as a primary interface between customers and the repair station. The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to promote the company’s repair capabilities and services.

You will develop new business opportunities, deliver proposals, and lead a team of customer service and sales personnel while collaborating

Qualifications

5+ years in sales, customer service, business development, aviation, MRO or related field.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred in a technical/service environment.
FAA Part 145 experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key technical and sales resource for Trace Aviation customers.
Liaise between customers and repair station to address technical questions and requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales orders.
Lead and mentor Customer Service Representatives and junior Sales staff.
Attend conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings as required.
Ensure timely communication of products, services, and repair capabilities.
