Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; A&P license preferred.
• One year of scheduling/planning or related field experience.
• Clear speech and writing; intermediate computer skills; MS Office.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays and extra hours.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and coordinate short term and intermediate maintenance scheduling.
• Route aircraft to ensure timely compliance with maintenance requirements.
• Develop and maintain major visit plans for Heavy Maintenance Visits and Lines.
• Maintain Visit Packages and Hangar Work Orders in AMCS.
• Monitor aircraft status and respond to operational irregularities.
• Coordinate MEL/Deferred Maintenance with MOC and Line Maintenance.
• Record daily maintenance/operations in a log; communicate day-of changes.
• Provide oversight to flights and maintenance planning; perform additional duties as needed.
