Endeavor Air, based in Minneapolis, seeks a Maintenance Controller on Duty to provide support to the on-duty Maintenance Controller and monitor the daily fleet maintenance plan.

The role requires an active A&P license and 5 years of aircraft maintenance/airline operations experience, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines, including communication with FAA and other departments.

Competenze

• Valid Airframe and Powerplant license.
• 5 years experience in aircraft maintenance and airline operations.
• Ability to communicate clearly in speech and writing, and possess intermediate level computer skills required.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced environment while handling a high volume of calls and maintain the ability to work multiple tasks with a high degree of safety and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Oversee on-duty Maintenance Controllers and monitor daily fleet maintenance plan.
• Ensure timely execution of daily tasks and safety compliance.
• Notify Management of scheduling conflicts or material shortages affecting operations.
• Coordinate with departments and external vendors and FAA as required.
