Job summary

Omni Air International is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support the Manager of Maintenance Planning by developing forecasts and planning maintenance tasks. You will coordinate with MOCC, Systems Control, Line Stations, and vendors to ensure timely maintenance execution and cost efficiency.

The role requires attention to aircraft times, cycles, and AD compliance dates, with a focus on accurate planning, parts availability, and coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• A&P license preferred but not required.
• Aviation maintenance experience desirable, including routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and alterations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager of Maintenance Planning in developing scheduled maintenance forecasts and activities.
• Coordinate routine maintenance events with MOCC, Systems Control, Line Stations, Materials, and vendors.
• Prioritize, plan, prepare, peer review, and issue maintenance work packages for routine checks (A, Phase, and C) and unscheduled maintenance such as engine changes and EO.
• Manage Production Work Orders by rebuilding and reissuing work packages when schedules change.
• Audit Aircraft Times/Cycles and monitor AD compliance dates.
